ZEEMO 3 ply formwork board is a solid-wood panel designed for concrete wall and column formwork systems. It is manufactured by bonding three wood layers crosswise under heat and pressure.
The grain direction of the outer layers is arranged at right angles to the middle layer to form a stable panel structure. This three-layer construction makes the board suitable for concrete shuttering applications.
The 3 ply shuttering board is available with coated surfaces on both sides and waterproof edge painting to help protect the wood panel during formwork operations.

Designed for concrete wall and column shuttering
The cross-bonded wood structure, coated faces and sealed panel edges are designed to support dimensional stability and moisture resistance during concrete formwork use.
The outer and middle wood layers are arranged crosswise and bonded together under heat and pressure to form a solid wood formwork panel.
Both faces are coated with urea-melamine resin. The coating is designed to help resist moisture and surface wear during formwork use.
Panel edges are finished with waterproof paint to help reduce moisture penetration through the edges during storage and construction use.
Coated faces and painted edges help protect the board during concrete formwork operations.
Crosswise bonding of the three wood layers provides a stable panel construction for concrete shuttering applications.
The solid wood panel can be cut to suit project requirements. Proper edge resealing is recommended after cutting.
Actual reuse depends on handling, concrete release agent, cleaning, storage and site conditions.
