Timber beam column formwork

It is used for the concrete pouring of Column.  
The application of column box formwork has greatly increased the construction efficiency and reduced the labor cost.
The system is convenient for construction and it is easy to control the quality.
Four parts:

Plywood + Timber beam + Steel waling + Pull-push props

Pull-push props can be designed according to the project or simply select the scaffold.
Tie-yoke and tie-rod are used to reinforce the corner.

The adjustment of adjustable column formwork is realized by changing the steel waling relative position
Standard specifications

The steel waling of standard adjustable column formwork has three specifications. This can satisfy the need of concreting of column with side length from 200mm to 1200mm.

When the steel waling are 1200~1500 mm long, we can adjust the section dimension from 800x800mm to 400x400mm or any size column with side length from 400mm to 800mm, square or rectangle.
