GJ63 Series Steel Frame Formwork, also known as Euro Form, is a mature steel-plywood composite forming system specially developed for concrete walls, columns and beams in residential, commercial and municipal construction. Built with 63mm hot-rolled steel frames fitted with film-faced plywood panels, the system supports flexible assembly via standardized panels ranging from 200mm to 600mm in width and 1200mm to 3000mm in height.

The rigid frame structure safely withstands fresh concrete lateral pressure up to 60 kN/m². Compared with all-steel formwork, it cuts steel consumption by around 47.4% and reduces overall panel weight for easier manual handling, only requiring 2–3 workers for installation. Properly maintained steel frames achieve over 200 reuse cycles, while replaceable plywood panels support 40–60 cycles.

Modular wedge clamps enable fast assembly and stripping, lifting construction efficiency by nearly 30% versus traditional timber formwork. After demolding, concrete surfaces reach flatness tolerance within ±2 mm, greatly lowering plastering workload. Damaged plywood can be replaced separately without discarding whole panels, controlling long-term project costs. Complete matching accessories including corner forms and filler pieces adapt to various structure layouts. Light, sturdy and economical, GJ63 Series Steel Frame Formwork remains a widely trusted solution for global building contractors.
