Water conservancy projects are the lifeblood of agriculture, especially in the arid Middle East region that has long suffered from water shortages.
The Yemen Aqueduct Project is located on the outskirts of the capital city Sana'a and is a government water conservancy project.
The project has a construction period of 15 months, with a total of 12 aqueducts to be built. Each aqueduct is 20 meters high, 31.1 meters long and 3 meters thick.
After repeated comparisons and investigations, the client finally selected the hydraulic self-climbing formwork products of Zhimo Technology.
After intense and meticulous design and production, the products were delivered on time.
On-site construction guidance was provided, and the formworks were installed in an orderly manner.
The first formwork was grouted smoothly and demolded successfully after the strength reached the standard!
After the completion of the second formwork, the frame was assembled to prepare for automatic climbing, which has been highly recognized by the client's technical team. The use of self-climbing formwork gets rid of the limitation of tower cranes, and provides climbing power through its own hydraulic device, making the project safer and more efficient!
