ZEEMO Table formwork system is widely used in civil and commercial projects for pouring of slabs. The system is suitable for any ground plan and any floor height.
It features a simple structure and portable way of work, making it especially cost‑effective.
Modular design for quick assembly, lightweight operation reduces labour costs, and high load capacity with proven safety.
Large table units (up to 4×6 m) enable rapid setup, stripping, and pre-assembly, while being easily relocated with a trolley or crane to the next casting area.
Fewer beams create wider, column-free spans, while pre-assembled units enhance on-site safety.
ZEEMO Plywood is available in birch, hardwood, poplar, hollow plastic board or ZEEMO PP hollow board (up to 50 uses). H20 timber beams can be replaced with aluminum for extended lifespan across different projects.
Produces smooth, even concrete surfaces with natural depth and subtle stone-like texture, ensuring high-quality fair-faced results.
Tower ZMST60 for heights up to 20 m, making it suitable for high-rise, super high-rise, and minimal-beam structural projects .
Quick start guide
Position table formwork support heads according to the design layout.
Set up vertical supports at designed spacing, ensure plumb and stability.
Use angle connectors to fasten secondary beams with main beams.
Place plywood over the H20 beam, fixed by trapping screws.
Check overall stability, then proceed with concrete pouring.
Shifting trolley is designed to save labor and time, it used to transport table formwork from work place to the edge of slab, ready for lift to next storey.
Lifting fork is used to lift table formworks up and down or from one floor to another.
