Lightweight and modular ABS plastic formwork for concrete walls, columns, slabs, construction. Designed for fast assembly, easy handling and repeated reuse.
Individual panels can be handled quickly on site without cranes or mechanical lifting devices.
The ZP78 system can be reused more than 100 times when properly used and maintained.
Universal closing handles are secured with a simple 90-degree rotation.
The system uses modular elements with a 600 mm length.
ZP78 panels can be combined into different wall configurations and thicknesses according to the project design.

Zeemo adjustable plastic column formwork can be combined and adjusted in 10 cm increments to form columns of different sizes.
It is not necessary to completely dismantle the formwork to strip the cast concrete: simply open it vertically into two half-shells, which are much faster and easier to handle and prepare for the next pour. A half-column formwork can weigh even less than 80 kg, light enough to allow for very easy handling.
